1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the LaundryJugaad platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaundryJugaad. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
Service Range:
LaundryJugaad provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and specialized fabric care (“White-Shirt Special”) through its network of verified logistics partners and processing centers.

3. User Responsibilities
To ensure the highest quality of service, users are responsible for the following:
Item Inspection
Checking pockets for valuables, pens, or harmful objects. LaundryJugaad is not liable for items left in pockets.
Accurate Labeling
Disclosing items that require special care or have pre-existing damage during the pickup process.

Security and trust are central to the LaundryJugaad “Jugaad” philosophy. Every logistics driver assigned to your order has undergone rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including Aadhaar-backed background checks.
Users may be requested to verify their identity to prevent fraudulent transactions. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in service suspension.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in the app/website and are subject to change. Final billing is calculated based on actual weight or garment count confirmed at the processing center.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we treat every garment with premium care, LaundryJugaad's liability for any damaged or lost item is strictly limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that specific item, regardless of its original brand value or age. We are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage to weak/deteriorated fabrics that are inherently risky to process.
